Thrive Wellness Expo is a free entry day bringing healers, practitioners, artists, makers, music and food together at Riverton Primary School on 21 November 2026. A full day of connection, nourishment, and discovery for everyone in Southland.

Free to attend. Pay directly for what calls you on the day. A session, a piece of art, a remedy, a meal. No bookings required. Simply arrive and wander.

What you will find

Four spaces.

Healers and Practitioners

Book a one on one session on the day with bodyworkers, energy healers, somatic practitioners, naturopaths, oracle readers, and more. The healing side of the hall holds quiet space for personal sessions.

Artists and Makers

Original works, prints, ceramics, textiles, and handcrafted pieces by Southland creatives. Collect something made with care. Commission a piece. Spend time in the presence of beauty.

Is there a cost to attend?

Entry is free. You pay directly for what calls you on the day. A healer session, a piece of art, a remedy, or a meal. Everything is priced independently by each practitioner or stallholder.
Do I need to book in advance?

No advance booking is needed to attend. Simply arrive on the day. Healer sessions can be booked directly with each practitioner on arrival.
What are the three pods?

The three pods are immersive experience spaces in the centre of the hall offering collective practices, movement, talks, and tasters throughout the day. No booking needed. Simply join when you feel called.
How do I apply for a stall?

Apply online at form.jotform.com/thrivesouthland/thrive. Stall spaces are $50 and limited. Applications are confirmed on a first come, first served basis.
What kinds of stallholders are you looking for?
